Usually im far too taken aback by rudeness to formulate a response in time. I used to work at a popular tourist attraction in London and i got alot of rudeness from people, but that was probably due to impatience more than anything. Although this woman tried to blatantly jump the queue in front of me so i pointed to the back and went "uh-uh....uh-uh... (she mutters something and goes away)... Uh" *dusts hands*.
I did get a few complaints made against me when i was there.
