Id have Soon Over Babaluma on there above Monster Movie in all honesty, i dont get that album for some reason.
I have to say Future Days, just for the title track as much as anything else. Tago Mago is great but could do with a bit more brevity, and I think Ege Bamyasi is poorly sequenced despite being amazing.
They do have the greatest rhythm section ive ever heard.

Also, im sure this was mentioned before - Kanye west nicks the melody from and samples Sing Swan Song (from Ege Bamyasi) for one of the songs on his new album
