It depends on your view of sexy. I do not find short white skirts, blonde hair, 'perfect' faces, prefabricated plastic appearance, etc... sexy at all even though it's generally associated with sexy. It's gross. Although many intellegence-acquiring or creative actions can easily make people sexy.
