maybe she didn't bring you the right wine cos she didnt know what "savaguone" was. i don't either. bat guano comes close.
you can also say "excuse me, this is the wrong wine, can you please bring me the SAVAGUONE??"
and about the wine being spoiled, that's the problem of ordering wine by the glass. it usually sucks. get a bottle of wine, or mineral water.
