I like Owsley who only eats meat. When he couldn't use his mouth he had meat smoothies.

We have meat commercials in the US; my fave is 'Pork the other white meat' but we also have had beef ads. I never see lamb ads.

I eat less and less heavy proteins myself. And now that China has corrupted the US seafood market I can't really eat much seafood.
