I butchered this 20 dollar guitar's headstock tonight. It had those cheap plastic tuners that I put on the Hari Kari Krishna. The new tuners didn't quite fit. So I made them fit.

This guitar actually stays in tune, is intonated well, and sounds good surprisingly.

 

I am gonna put some photocells hooked up to stereo jacks in the pickguard so that your hand movement over the strings while strumming can control an expression pedal. Notice where I had to put the 6th tuner.
