Sure, but in a bathroom stall for $20? That's the definition of repressed. I see nothing repressed about giving oral sex to either gender, but if you feel like you have to offer someone money to convince them to let you get them off, that's repression, or at least major lack of self confidence. And in a bathroom stall? I really sounds like someone with self esteem issues to me, unless something really big has changed in this exciting new millenium I missed.
