Funny, i just finished reading an article in the latest issue of The Wire, focusing on Carcass's sleeve artwork for their Reek of Putrefaction record.
I'm not sure about the music but it's certainly an 'extreme' sleeve, a pleasant montage of actual autopsy photo's.
