I went through this a little bit, one of my closest female friend was really sad after a break-up and needed to cheer up a bit, so i kind of
helped her out 
. But we did not have sex, just making out here and there. I liked it, and fortunately, it did not ruin our friendship. Now, we both are happy in relationships of our own and always when we meet and have a beer together, we laugh on this experience. It was cool.
