I've had periods like that at my job and I told a coworker who is currently having this problem my secret.
once I stopped taking every little fuck up they did so personally (there where lots and they compounded), I was able to distance myself from them far enough that it no longer mattered. I take my job seriously and expect the same of others, but the true fact is MOST people
*** are either super-stupid, super-lazy or both (the completely untrainable make me super-crazy).
you won't ever be able to fix these people and moving to a new job just brings you a fresh batch.
save your blood pressure if you like your job (it's only 1 day a week afterall) and just.....stop caring about them so much.
anyways....worked wonders for me.
***disclaimer: I think that most people here fall outside the norm and are somewhat more intelligent than general population. this can be said for most message boards however.
