trade -> EAC -> Cool Edit -> (Left Channel -> Both) -> notch filtering (Super Narrow): 60 Hz, 120 Hz, 180 Hz -> FFT filter cut off everything above 6000 Hz
-> Pitch Bender + 0.41 semitones
No noise filter has been used.

This is a good performance; of course, one cannot go wrong with anything live from this group dated '61-'63. The sound is a B- or so at best though.
Also seeded recently were Coltrane at Birdland, NYC, 6/02/62 and 3/02/63, in addition to this one (2/16/62). There were two versions of 2/16/62 and the second seed sounds best. I don't mean to be a stinker, but I believe this is from the first seed.
My favorite recent Coltrane one though is 11/01/63 Salle Playel, Paris; sound is A- and there is a 25-minute My Favorite Things on it that is amazing; I've never hear McCoy Tyner get as far out as he does on that particular version.
