I've never met anyone who switched out coffee for supplements successfully, although switching to tea or yerba mate really seems to work for many, you keep the 'mental' apsect going with the daily ritual/sesh/social part, as well as a smaller hit of caffiene/guarana.
Drinking plenty of water seems the easiest way to boost energy.
If you're not getting an energy boost from drinking coffee anymore just start holding in your pee, that'll give you some extra pep.
