Yes, gayness is a continuum. The amount of people who engage in homosexual activities within a community/culture is proportional to how acceptable homosexual activities are within that community/culture. You had to be pretty gay to be gay in 50's America, but not very gay to be gay in ancient Greece. Know what I'm sayin'?
