This thread's making my mouth water.
Too bad I stop understanding English as soon as food is mentioned.
To tell you the truth, 2007 started with a pasticcio that wasn't dry at all, a jambalaya that was divine (ordered the book where it came from and gonna pick it up wednesday)... and so many good things...
My favorite starter - really easy to make :
2 avocados
shrimps
1 lemon
tabasco sauce
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon in a bowl.
Add two-three drops of Tabasco (not more).
Cut your avocados in small dice.
Cast the dice in the bowl.
Add the shrimps.
Mix it up.
Devour.
