best advice hes gotten all thread....protein is key for a skinny kid who might try to lift....and yeah rowing is insane-muscle-building-power for skinny-white-guys....and my workout buddy once said i could be a "bruce lee fucker" if i worked at it, guess i have a similar body type, though i haven't worked on it since that year during HS basketball...oh well...
