It's an interesting area. I intend studying Korean culture a bit more, because I like the ood shops, and Jinro alcohol type stuff, and they make good films.
I got my first job, when I was 16, by beguiling the interviewer with my 'knowledge' of Oriental culture. He was very impressed. I put that I'd studied Oriental culture on the application form because I thought it sounded impressive.
In fact, I had read the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons Oriental Adventures Handbook.
