I was discussing a similar argument not long ago about the effects of illegal downloadiing and the effects on mainstream artists in comparison to indie bands. I'm against downloading myself, but I do admit it causes the music industry more creative and widespread

I'm quite familiar with Sam, lots of stuff there. Have you been to Rotate! This? Quite a lovely little store, I recommend checking it out if you go there sometime. I personally am for downloading. I think it's a super way to get attention to lesser-known bands.
