Thanks for taking your time. In essence, it's a song about transitory acquaintances or friends/people who are no longer in your life, but have shaped your journey in some way. The image of anonymous masses on a CCTV screen came to mind and this is somewhat what the lyrics are going with/playing on.


I intentionally inserted that transistor bass arpeggio loop at the end because I thought it could make for a good transition into another song. Hasn't quite materialized though. My ambitions were a bit less tempered two years ago. Working on a shoestring/barely existent budget can be fun, but also comes with a lot of limitations. Now I'm just happy I got to make anything at all. Getting anything done or out there in itself is already quite something. I've learned that over the years.
