most of it was so dark it reminded me of the vvitch: from midtones to pitch black, bright whites were rare af.
the pace was very slow, which can lull one into a dreaming state. o well.
only real bother was the cgi fox. can't they train a real dog or something lmao. but yeah, it was just an element that didn't match the rest at close range.

I grew up with Tolkien’s version of this story, so I was excited about the movie, but my ass isn’t going to a theater — not yet. Anyway would you recommend it?
