It’s important to remember the State of Texas isn’t trying to prove voter fraud, rather, Texas only needs to argue that Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin violated the constitution in regard to election law.

......the four States listed CANNOT set the current electors and the legislature in each of these States MUST appoint new electors. If SCOTUS agrees, this will be OUTCOME DETERMINATIVE and it would be ORIGINAL JURISDICTION meaning it wouldn’t start at the district level, it starts at the Supreme Court of the United States and there is no appeal.
