The Supreme Court Formally Dockets Texas Election Case Against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania And Wisconsin

It’s important to remember the State of Texas isn’t trying to prove voter fraud, rather, Texas only needs to argue that Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin violated the constitution in regard to election law.

1. the elevators clause was violated
2. equal protection claim
3. due process claim

......the four States listed CANNOT set the current electors and the legislature in each of these States MUST appoint new electors. If SCOTUS agrees, this will be OUTCOME DETERMINATIVE and it would be ORIGINAL JURISDICTION meaning it wouldn’t start at the district level, it starts at the Supreme Court of the United States and there is no appeal.

This is a HUGE domino!
