The bottom line is that the actual election day for the Presidency of the United States takes place four weeks from now, on 14 December 2020. Without a concession from President Trump, which, in my professional legal opinion, is not yet warranted, Biden's "Office of the President-Elect" is a complete sham, and I've already stated my opinion of those foreign states that have recognized that government.
