Raped children and women.
Used children to execute Christians.
Taught children to kill the infidels.
He conducted crucifixions in the streets.

Then he used social media to promote what he was doing. This gained him followers and sympathizers.
Any reasonable person understands it was beneficial for President Donald Trump to proudly proclaim:
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was a dog and he died like a dog......and a coward!!!
