I have been overseas the grand total of once. Last year, my parents sent me to Munich, Germany, for a week and a half with my grandparents. They were going to the wedding of an old exchange student they'd hosted, and my parents felt that it'd be a good experience for me.
It was
amazing. Except for the flight in Air China's economy class, which sucked balls (and not in the good way), I would love to do it all again. There's so much fun shit in Munich, the people we were staying with were friendly and had a really nice house, Neuschwanstein Castle is beautiful...so good.
(Also, there were so many cute blond boys
)
