The more I think about what Pellegrini offers, the happier I am about his appointment. Less for what he achieved at MC or Real (which WH obviously aren't in a position to emulate) but at Malaga, and Valencia.
I'm not getting ahead of myself. WH's problems go far far deeper than their manager but Pellegrini is a welcome (and surprising) step in the right direction. So the owners have done the right thing for once. Now we just have to see if they're willing to stand by the promises they're making about backing him financially. A massive If.
