Same here. I have to be ("have" to) reachable 24/7. Even if it wasn't basically a job requirement, I'm not sure I'd have it any other way. I can get so much work done while I'm watching tv in the evenings, giving me more freedom to take long lunches and days off.
I don't like being constantly wired in to my work world though. It makes my non-work world increasingly difficult to define, and makes it hard to set boundaries. I work a lot of nights, weekends and holidays.
