He's not literally unsackable but the board never will. Kicking himself out sounds a bit harsh. It's about him not renewing his contract. He's a very rich man now and even if he wants to continue managing there'll be plenty of clubs that'd take him. I've never seen anything like this before. The fans seem overwhelmingly against him now,
even those who until recently wanted him to stay, but every indication is that he will renew. just think he needs to ask himself if he honestly thinks he can take Arsenal any further and he has to see how things have gone and admit that he can't.
