The DVD actually includes a documentary-inside-the-documentary, In The Edges: The 'Grizzly Man' Session, about fifty magnificent minutes on the soundtrack's creation/recording, with Herzog losing it here and there and Richard responding with more musical genius. You can catch a tiny clip here:

Actually, forget the list, just get it right now. Browse that site to check the list of interviewees (Lee is one of them, by the way) and some bitchen excerpts like this:
