Best wishes with all of that, Rob. My wife and I are not the type to make New Year's resolutions, but coincidental to the start of 2015, we determined to find new jobs this year. For my wife, it meant launching a career; she's been in school for the past few years, and it meant generating a second income for us, so her landing a great job was huge for her and for us.

For me, the new job means leaving a place I simply no longer felt good at--like I didn't fit in, was feeling unenergetic, bored, etc.

Looking back, I can't believe that we made it happen. We became determined to do it, we stuck with it, through several prospects and rejections, and finally, it all came together.
