It was a cool surprise to hear this session on the radio last night, the new stuff sounds right in line with the more mature SY and song-oriented solo work. The interview was good, although I thought they were all tiptoeing around his personal life when discussing the move to North London. "I don't have keys to any place in NYC anymore" he said.
The shit in the first half hour was unendurable and I watched the beginning of the Expendables 2 - there are a lot of exploding bodies in that film...
Soundcheck had Bryan Ferry on last week, they are on a roll...whats next, Larry Lifeless?
