Well given the knobhead offer Arsenal gave to Liverpool it's no surprise they didn't give him up. So who do Arsenal try to buy Cabaye? A good player sure. But to offer 10mil (he's gotta be worth a little bit more than that) is just silly and it also seems a bit desperate, like they've closed their eyes on a list of midfielders and picked one at random.
And to go even further, given how at the beginning of summer they were saying they were gonna spend BIG (sure they've said this for the last few seasons) and they've spent piss all. They can spend on good players but for some BIZZAREO reason Wenger doesn't want to.
Pepe playing in the Premier League would rule so hard.
