Here´s reply I got from Storenvy, at least they care:
Extremely sorry for the trouble with this store. We have disabled this store as we have just started receiving complaints about orders that were never sent.
Unfortunately it looks like you are outside of your 45 day window to file a PayPal dispute, so we are at the mercy of trying to get this seller to respond.
I am going to send them an email about your order right now.
