This seems unlikely but, although at first i was confused, i'm glad you posted this, gast.
it is better to think about it than not! No one else is going to suggest that people without bunkers figure out what they would do in a country were it to start to become a place for missiles.
What can people do before something gets ruined?
even an empty threat reminds people that we should join together to have a dialogue on our own. with computers it is possible... except that people like to disagree and say that creating a growing and growing citizens' dialogue is a silly idea. It may happen this year. : ) I am not sure how it would be done, as in, the best idea would be for there not to be an actual dialogue but the dialogue would be to choose that you are IN the dialogue, and signify that somehow, electronically, physically.
