Giroud's a bit fucked, I think. Injury aside, Podolski's invariably gonna start ahead of him and, so far as I'm aware, there's really no other position Giroud can play. Unless they move Podolski to accommodate him, which would be ridiculous.
Oh, and did you catch Clint Dempsey on Saturday? No you didn't, because the self-obsessed little twat is effectively on strike.
