don't play in my head with vieuws
like a cartoon or wardramatic things
seen enough to know the hole spectrum of feeling
not going to play with it
i leave a room open formyself to react
if i react wierd or strange or funny
i leave that open
because it's a direct emotional happening that i don't have under control
automatisms
when i'm calm make the good vieuw and leave it
or else i can't have much of the normal day
need to feel good, healthy during the day
and that is also importand to me
