Watching The Weather Channel......greater Boston has banned all traffic after 4pm I believe.

it's been snowing almost 12 hours up here near Trenton Ontario
the driveway has been sholved 5 times already
and the snow plows have yet to do the street
not that we are stuck, but it's good to have the 4x4 option
this is the most snow i've ever seen fall in 1 day in decades

Bytor Peltor: I'm retired due to disability. And I have gas heat which loss of power shouldn't affect. Besides, my neighborhood is sufficiently upscale that should we lose power, there's enough power living here to expedite the power restoration.

I'm an hour South of Boston. I left work at 11AM though. Fuck that. Not a bad drive... It's coming down serious now though. Listening to Korn, drinking beer, playing Shining Wisdom on Saturn, staying warm. :)

Man, if I ever saw it snow for 12 hours I would freak! Being born on a tropical island does nothing for your cold-survivability.

ouch, i know you guys are getting the weather shaft pretty violently, because whatever came through here(the south) a couple days ago, i know will not agree with the weather you all are use to.

never had to deal with snow, unless it's in a "catch a flake in yr mouth in a romantically wonderland type of way".

you can forget it snowing south of Atlanta.

yeah this is non-romantic snow right here homey. haha.

i best enjoy my 55 degree weather then.;)
