yr weight
How concerned are you about yr weight? i have gained a little weight lately and its really starting to play on my mind, dont think its gonna turn me onto "manorexia" but its bugging me.
i'm just wondering do many of you people worry about your waistlines? |
Yes, I do care.
That's why I keep fit. Tennis, swimming, long walks and lot's of sex. There's no way I'll land up with a beer belly 'cause I hardly drink, and if I do, it's normally strong drinks. |
I find that if i drink i gain weight very easily but if i don't i'll lose it rapidly.I don't eat all that much so i blame it on the booze.As far as being concerned about it,yes,i worry sometimes.

I've almost always been a fat-arse so I don't think about it.
I did used to go to the gym, but haven't been for a couple of years. |

Yes I care, I gained a little weight during the winter here and have been working during the summer to lose it, not really a lot to lose mainly my beer gut....those damn Czechvar's, why do they make them tasty so?

i dont freak out about it though im at 225 right now ideal weight would be 190-200 thats the goal for this fall i worked out all of my freshman year (2001-2002) and then i stopped cause i felt like i could just chill but i gained the weight back so yeah i started my diet 2 weeks ago going to go work out for the first time in years in 30 minutes woot. exciting. |
i care, but not as much as i used to. i watch what i eat and exercise so its not as much of an issue as before.

well i'm quite skinny but i do have a little bit of a pot belly, i started to cut out certain evilous ingredients from my diet such as hydrogenated oils and glucose-fructose syrup because they seem to do nothing but fuck you up. but that is more for my overall health rather than weight.

I am going to start eating better. I'm barely chubby but I am just going to stop drinking soda all together and no more fancy coffee drinks. Just black coffee and water. I'm trying to cut out carbs as well. I eat alot of stuff that is full of carbs. I'm going to try and eat less Asian food as well. I eat at the Chinese restaurant like 3-4 times a week.

I'm happy enough with the way I am - which is very slightly above my supposed ideal weight, which is a pretty irrelevent idea anyway, but not actually overweight. I care enough that I wouldn't let myself become overweight.

i did not vote,coz i care but do barely more than nothing to keep it under control.if i gain too much kilos, at least i'll eventually became a new planet (eat this,you Pluto sucker!)

Why the hell should I give a rat's arse. I'm freaking married. I do try to manage it, just so I don't let it get out of control and have to buy a whole new wardrobe. I'm about 10 percent over my ideal weight but I'm healthy, can still climb stairs, walk a mile without getting winded, etc., and that's all that really matters.

I care, I wish I could lose about 10-20 pounds. That'd be cool, but I don't really freak about it.
My mom joined 'the biggest loser' thing at work and she won $500 bucks for losing about 43 pounds in 3 months. She is really looking good, and is still on the diet and is exercising. She joined the biggest loser thing for another unit at the hospital that she works at. It'll be awesome if she wins. |

to lose weight i say dont diet. just eat more healthy and exercise more, thats it. cut down on the booze as well.

yeah I care. Im trying to gain wieght actually. Im shotting for 180 pounds. Not sure how much I am now though, around 175. A lot people get surprised by that but it's because I work but still look thin. Ive worn 32 inch waist since going into highschool.

Yes, but really I'm more bothered about getting more exercise to be a bit fitter. I'm the right weight for my height but my cardio vascular capacity is shit. I'm not that bothered about it but I have started playing squash. I wouldn't bother doing boring exercise though, it has to be enjoyable or I'm just not going to stick with it.
