Dude can you not even get a job in a factory somewhere?

Do you not have any qualifications to help you along the way? If not, then you should think about it before it's too late!

Is it because as an 'aussie' you've got bad felon genes?

I ball hard. The key is to not wash dishes, if you want a real job.

the key is do any job that will pay the rent while looking for other jobs

try to get your energy up man. dishwashing is a bitch of a job. it will overwhelm you if you think too much. i've done it, and it was fucked up. i'd rather work construction.

maybe try a temp agency where you can sit in an office and answer phones? requires grooming, though.

There are plenty of factories, I know a handful of people who work in them.

look up the entertainment loading companys. they are generally always looking for loaders. it is a tough job but there is usually work. particularly when big tours come through and operas etc. it is generally loading and unloading trucks for of sound and lighting equipment for concerts etc.

or even a company like staging connections that does everything. not the greatest company but they may train you up if you can get in.

kitchen jobs requires a maniacal work rate and unless you're desperate i'd say hold out for something else, terminal pharmacy seems to be offering decent advice
