New SY LP day X 3!
 

(tried posting this yesterday but something was fucked up)
Got my RSD copies of CIS and EVOL and an original sst press of sister!
Also got the sonic death kotton krown 7" too finally after all these years...maybe I'll have to do a new shot of all my sy records.

A local guy had Sister up on ebay...I asked if he would just sell it to me and he did!

on record store day I got those too, which completes my SY vinyl collection. I never had CIS on vinyl. Now I can die in skronk peace

i still need uh...nine LPs...then i'll finish my studio LP collection.

It's always been my favorite sy album.

I now have 3 lp copies of CIS, and and with this copy of sister, I have original presses of every record except the 1st ep on Neutral.

I'm missing a day-1 BMR (got the Blast First/Mute & 2nd Homestead pressings) but think I've got originals of all the rest.

Start to finish, I'd say it's my favorite, though I think it's a close one between Sister and Waching Machine. One or the other, though.

I agree; Your Sister vinyl is gorgeous.

How can you tell which homestead pressing you have?...I see Chris' discog has homestead labels being red or silver...mine has silver labels...any idea what came first? Not that it's really important, but now I'm curious.

That's exactly what I wanted to ask yesterday but I was too sleepy to formulate.

I'm pretty sure the silvers are original, but not 100% certain.
Mine is red and includes a Homestead catalog that lists releases from '87ish.
