Inspired by the The Prisoner thread, I must make one for another genius show. Anyone else watch this?

One of my favorite episodes has to be where the Bluths hold a funeral for George Sr., and GOB acts as his body because George is supposed to be dead. Ahh. It's hilarious.

I have both seasons that are out. Man it is hilarious. I hope it doesn't go to showtime. I don't get showtime.

I know, I don't get it either. I was really wishing ABC would take it up, but Showtime went ahead and took it.

Is it official?

I love Arrested Development. Hilarious. Damn shame that Fox couldn't handle it.

I love all the little jabs they'd give Fox about their schedule cancellation, like this whole thing they had about a company cutting their order of model houses from 22 to 18 (Fox had just cut their episode order from 22 to 18).

I gave this show more then enough chances but never got into it. I didn't hate it but also didn't see it as being the funniest show on television. There were moments where I would laugh pretty good, but only at moments, and other times I could really take it or leave it. For me it just didn't live up to its hype.

this show was my fave.. it's sadly pretty much over; showtime was interested but mitch hurwitz (the creator guy) said he didn't want to continue. argh. that was pretty much the best show ever.

<edit: oh well 3x1 beat me to it> , the creator of Arrested Development is working on new projects & has recently opted-out of Showtime's offer to buy the series. It's over.

in other showbiz news, Linklater's anticipated A Scanner Darkly PKD adpatation is going to be filmed with digital cameras & then "painted over" graphically with MacIntosh computers just like Waking Life was...the whole movie.

First time i saw it i hated it, but the second time i fell in love with it. Why the fuck does south park get past the NINTH season or whatever it is now, while truely brilliant shows like this are cancelled? Its a sad world.

The lady that plays Lindsey is Ellen Degeneras' lover ( i know i mispelled her name)
