best rap song ever!
|
Haha. Awesome. I can't believe all of that was freestyling, though.

kobe is a choke artist

The dude in your sig looks really silly.
Where I come from, weed isn't a big enough deal to go around waving a gun and acting like Klaas Bruinsma. Anyways, Lyrics: Scor Zay Zee - Great Britain unofficial video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1iXsu...eature=related |
What are all those "beep" ? It's really annoying.

thats raekwon from the wu tang clan. i believe the idea is that he likes to get really high and shoot things. hes also one of the greatest rappers to have ever walked to the face of the earth, so i dont think it matters if you think he looks silly. |
This is pretty fucking good:http://youtube.com/watch?v=Who7Dnx2-64

batreleaser, I can't agree that he's one of the best ever... but ONLY BUILT is a stunning record.
Since then, I haven't loved any of his solo records, though THE DAVINCI CODE mixtape seems to suggest the possibility of Rae making another classic when ONLY BUILT vol. 2 finally comes out. |
me niether. only built was fucking amazing. and his rhymes on enter the 36 chambers, wu forever, 8 diagrams, ghosts supreme clientele, ironman, and fishscale, gzas liquid swords, and methods man tical are all choice.hes the third best out of the wu behind ghost and gza, and those three id put all of them in the top best lyricists ever. 'only built for cuban linx' is the most influential record on todays coke rap scene, like young jeezy, clipse, and whatever, but its way fucking better than any of the shit today, its like ghetto haiku or something, amazing, my favorite wu record ever.
|
Agreed completely RE: Clipse, etc. I think that ONLY BUILT invented the genre as we know it. It's a remarkable album in its construction because it goes further than just being a "concept album"... it actually involves character development throughout!
By the by, have you heard Re-Up Gang's WE GOT IT 4 CHEAP VOL 3 yet? It's pretty great. |
i love clipse, everything theyve done. we got it for cheap 1, 2, and 3, lord willin, and hell hath no fury, all amazing records. theyre one of the few things keeping my interest in hip hop alive, along with ghostface, mf doom, madlib, stones throw records, camron, three 6 mafia, and shit, i guess thats all.
|
What about Lil Wayne??? I doubted that The Carter III could keep up the momentum he had from last years onslaught of mixtapes, but this album is incredible.
|
oh yeah, i forgot about him. i back him 100 percent. the carter 3 has already dulled on me after a few listens, but da drought 3 and dj: drama dedication mixtapes are somethin else.
|
The best rap songs ever can all be found on GZA's Liquid Swords.
|
I still love Carter III. My favorite mixtape he put out would either be DEDICATION 2 ("South Musik"!!) or most likely THE DROUGHT IS OVER 2 ("Something You Forgot" and "Feel Like Dying"!)
Have you heard Three 6's LAST 2 WALK yet? It's gotten some weak reviews, but I really liked MOST KNOWN UNKNOWNS. |
He actually did a good job.
