There's no Donnie at all in the new film (sorry Jake Gyllenhaal fans), but there will be meteorites and rabbits.
We really wish they would've left Darko alone.

these movies are based on Frank Miller's comics Year One and Year Two, that detail the beginning of the caped crusader's vigilante vendetta.

comparing that to a donnie darko two is like saying empires strikes back is just star wars II
