how often do you take days off and what do you do with them?

going to a good restaurant & then a matinee when nobody is at the movies is good

going to the bookstore is good too

getting back into bed & sleeping all day also rules

wasting time on the internet seems the more frequent thing though.

I've have heaps of stuff to do in WoW before all the kids get home, log on and make a mess of things.

ha ha ha.

well for a variant try maybe going out for sushi & beer-- can really make a nice lunch.

Never, and it's going to kill me. I'm trying to devise various ways of claiming disability. Perhaps I'll spawn some welfare offspring.

just show up plastered at work and claim that you have a disability. they can't fire you for that.

permanent vacation. thats actually holiday but i thought i would use the colonial version for our backwards cousins.

I doubt that Her Infernal Majesty would go for the sushi and beer right now would make me nap.

I plan to get hopped up on caffiene, turn up the raveonettes loud and fill those poor bastards that get in my way full of blackwing arrows.

i've tried a couple of those rpgs, but in the end it seemed like a extra job that doesn't pay. i'd rather go to a bar. honest.

i never took days off, but i quit my job last week. getting wasted on all sorts of drugs, doing sketchy things at the mall, biking 30 miles, playing noise gigs, hiking etc.-- all way better than work.... even if it mean poverty, fuck work

late december/early january, i took 2 weeks off. last month i took a week off. both to go to new york city. i never took a day off before those two events.

i take days off whenever i feel like it. which is way too frequently according to my thesis committee.

i need to get the productive days to vacation days ratio back above the 50-50 mark or i'm never going to finish this degree....

go to the bar/club/show the night before. sleep till noon. wake up and get an iced coffee and banana panckaes at my favorite cafe. work out. go to the record store alone, or hang out at my place with friends, or alone, and watch movies/read/listen to records. eat junk food. masturbate. drink tons of coffee smoke tons of cigarettes. later catch up on papers and what not, make phone calls to family members and friends from back home.

back in the day i would just get high all day.

i woke with a migraine last night and it hasnt gone away and im thinking o calling in sick..but i feel bad and think they will think im just lying.
