So I was pissed off and typed "FUCK ADS" into Google

Won't be long before it becomes "Pepsi presents: New York City"

Trasher02 02.24.2008 07:21 AM

Were you pissed? Or just horny?

I think the latter.

Anngella 02.24.2008 04:50 PM

Both. He was looking to engage in some hatefucking with fuck ads.

ZEROpumpkins 02.24.2008 10:59 PM

You all know me too well. :D

Only joking, I was just annoyed because I couldn't think of anywhere there aren't ads. They're on buses, billboards, the internet, magazines, at airports, in the mail etc.

you can't escape corporate greed in the 21st century. you may as well just live with it seeing as you've got no choice anyhow.

I think that's what annoyed me the most. Surely our generation isn't going to be like that.

Everyneurotic 02.24.2008 11:06 PM

yes, hahahahahahaha.

ps: dude, advertising has existed since the dawn of humanity, and it's always being everywhere.

Our generation is filled with greed. We are the most shallow people on earth.

ZEROpumpkins 02.24.2008 11:10 PM

But many people of our generation are against greed, when these people get into power, what's going to happen? Can't be any worse than boomers getting into power in the economic boom of the 80's and milking money out of everyone.

✌➬ 02.24.2008 11:11 PM

I forgot where I read that it said that our generation is the same or more than the baby boomers.

And they are not that smart too. This part is my opinion.

Everyneurotic 02.24.2008 11:13 PM

again, it's not the baby boomers fault, it's humanity's fault if you will.

consumerism isn't new.

ZEROpumpkins 02.24.2008 11:13 PM

Oh that there is true. I'd say intelligence rates are dropping. I blame it on the rising rate of religion.

Cantankerous 02.24.2008 11:13 PM

young kids of this generation are only "against" anything because they think it's cool. anti-this and anti-that have been cleverly marketed to their demographic and they've got minds like silly putty. they don't think for themselves, it's young and hip and radical to be against the war or against corporate pigfuckers like the guys at enron...it's not a matter of personal belief at this point. sorry if i'm being cynical or whatever.
