His tapping is insane. I used to think tapping was the lamest thing ever. Hella changed my opinion on that.

My favorite tappers are in Maps and Atlases.

Hold Your Horse Is is their best with The Devil Isn't Red closely following. The rest of their stuff is with more band members are very different, not as good in my opinion.

I would agree with this 'post word for word. And though I found Hella ground-breaking and applauded their sort of crossover feat, I still believe tapping inherently 'bites' as well.
