Does anyone have an HP Photosmart printer/copier/scanner?
 

C3180 all-in-one dealy.
Well for some reason my scanner won't work when I press the "start scan/reprints" button and I lost the manual so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what.
ALSO, when it DID work I couldn't figure out how to choose where I can save the things I've scanned.
I doubt anyone will be able to help me. But I figured I might as well try.

did you do something to it? did you change anything? do you get any warnings/see things happen on either the printer or the computer?

i have my manual somewhere.

my scanner doesn't work because of the driver, for some reason, once i had to uninstall it, it didn't uninstall properly and everytime i tried to reinstall it, it does good but then it doesn't recognize it/doesn't work.

I didn't do anything to it. When I press the button the thing flashes like it's going to scan but then it doesn't do anything. It's so lame because this printer is only a few months old.

I have a psc 1210. No manual.

Do you still have the disk? When I had problems with the scan part of my HP all-in-one (an HP1510), I uninstalled it from the computer then re-installed it.

EDIT: When I reinstalled it I also installed some kind of software from the disk that allows me to preview and edit the scan, as the problem that I had was that I was only getting a scan of part of the document.
