hm. let's see. i'd recommend some places but i went there in the dead of winter so things don't apply.

one thing i'd say is AVOID TOURISTS and try not to act like one. hard, i know, but worth trying. hm what else...

It ain't DJ Mehdi but Mehdi, a different artist, no Ed Banger connection at all, you'll hear acoustic guitar and French songs about... don't know what precisely, but it's supposed to be funny.

But I bet you'll enjoy the venue Animal Collective picked. You won't miss anything from the show, it's a cosy warm place, bands are close to the audience, the stage ain't elevated much; a great place to go to.
