I'm not laughing at anything, I'm just doing it as a more enjoyable alternative to crying.

Until my work-based frustration goes away my need to decide between laughing and crying won't go away either. The frustration derives from a corporate situation about which I can do nothing, so I think the best thing to do is to mock the situation. I don't think crying would be particularly cathartic.
