How do you get your anger out?
 

I'm interested in how everyone here takes out or supresses their anger!

Recently I realized that primal therapy works amazingly well, as well as heavy exercise. I hate taking it out on people, and I usually just keep it within until later.

Putting Nine Inch Nails on, and punching the bed, that helps a lot.

Listening to Nuclear Assault spraying people down on Counter-Strike usually does the trick, I find.

according to psychologyi've read vioence(such as punching a bed) and angry music only make things worse

Trent Reznor is hot though, right? I mean, at least he used to be hot, I don't know what he is looking like these days. I always liked his nose. Don't care much for the "hair-in-my-face" look that seemed to surface in every single publicity photo. He had a nice face and he was always covering it up, poor thing. I'm guessing he had low self-esteem. Is he horrible looking now?

I listen to a mixture of Sutcliffe Jugend and Elton John. Kevin Tomkins writes better lyrics than Bernie Taupin, but Elton's piano chops shall not be denied.

I put some ambient on and try to chill. That kind of calms me down, which is good. Or I take a ride on my bike.

I kick stuff that it doesn't matter if it gets damaged. One big kick usually does the job.

i usually don't get angry, but if i do, i isolate myself for a while, put music on, cry and make a drawing.

listening to music, yelling at my mum (which i shouldn't), swimming

it depends what situation i am in but i have shouted at people, not strangers but the person who angered me but i never hit anyone.

i think women are more creative with their anger or dont get angry at all where as men act like school kids or sulk.
