I seen me a lot of them goldenrods when I was out in SD. Yup.

I can't be too sure I've ever seen one.

They look like uncut grass. I saw a bunch when I was out in... Keystone.. or something.

There are few neighbors who will go weeks without cutting their grass, and all sorts of weird smells, and things start to pop up.

Could it be a golden rod?

Perhaps it could be. As far as I know, Goldenrods are like.. weeds. Nice ones.
