it's a sound art thing. it's a pretty old piece of work but i was asked to submit that rather than anything else as they wanted some sound stuff, it's a multi-disciplinary group show featuring students and real artists that my friend set up. it's only open for two days though sadly, but two days is better than no days.

i posted some life drawings once, but that's it. i don't paint, mostly photography, some video, some sound stuff.

that's really cool.

sound is my favorite kind of art. :)

Phlegmscope 03.01.2007 11:09 AM

Congrats! Does this mean you're about to graduate?

In my school the students can arrange exhibitions of their personal works, mostly they're nothing nothing impressive though... I'm playing with the thought of putting some illustrations on display within the next couple of years.
Then there's obviously more official graduation shows every now and then that get more publicity.

If you can send me the address Mr & B, I'll send my London-based artfags down. If it's running till next weekend, I'm in London then so I'll pop in. Also, while I'm here, if any London-based boardies fancy a pint, give us a call/ PM.

pokkeherrie 03.01.2007 08:36 PM

so how did it go?

Toilet & Bowels 03.02.2007 06:09 AM

yeah it was alright, it's a mix of students, tutors and real working artists. a couple of people pointed out these apparently famous artists to me but i'd never heard of them (jane parker and richard wentworth, anyone?).

Toilet & Bowels 03.02.2007 04:06 PM
